Reflections

Consider, Discuss & Hypothesize:
  • Describe at least 2 ideas you "borrowed" from other groups. How did these ideas help/improve your plane?
    • For #4 we are doing a dart, from Jonnathon, Edwynn, and Max. It is the dart, we chose it because it went 38 ft.
    • We copied #1 from Parkers group.
  • Describe at least 1 idea you tried that FAILed. Why was it a FAILure? How did you overcome that FAILure?
    • We were making plane 3, and 2 of us said that they made it right, but we looked on the video and Alex was right so we used his plane.
  • Hypothesize: What specific design elements might make a difference when testing for accuracy, distance and time aloft? Why?
    • Accuracy - Fold the back corners of the wings up.
    • Distance - If the folding's are precise, the plane could probably go farther.
    • Time Aloft - Don't make the plane too heavy.
